We loved the hotel's location as it was close to public transportation and within a 10 to 15 minute walk to some of the best shopping centres. The hotel's facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was satisfying.

All the main sights, including jalan alor are next to the hotel. Free Wi-Fi was a welcome feature. No complains at all with the property;)))

After the renovation in 2019 a very nice hotel. Great bathroom, good rooms. Especially the situation is excellent, everything can be reached on foot. The staff is nice, although sometimes a little helpless.

Unfortunately the hotel has lost its previous charm with the renovation. It's still a good hotel, but now it's just like any other. And unfortunately the breakfast room was skipped during the renovation.

This hotel was a luxurious and comfortable place to stay. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool were exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were well-decorated and offered a variety of tasty dishes and drinks.

While most staff members were attentive and friendly, one of the front desk personnel appeared a bit rude and dismissive.

Modern equipment, has just been renovated. Very centrally located. The Pavillon Mall can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes. Chinatown and Central Market can also be reached within a few minutes.

Due to the many different travel groups, the breakfast buffet sometimes looks very messy (e.g. food next to the containers). Here the staff should clean up the areas more quickly. The breakfast buffet has very little western food. However, this is often the case in Asia.

The location was perfect, just outside the busy area of Bukit Bintang. The gym had good quality equipment and there was 24-hour food available nearby. The spacious apartment had two bedrooms with attached toilets and baths, and the dining table was suitable for four people. The convenience stores on the premises were helpful and the breakfast spread was excellent.

the rooms were very new and nice . i like the design and the bathroom is amazing loved the swimming and specially i loved the ipod dock and the veiw from the room its very classy and luxury i stayed for 8 days and i liked it

the hotel reception is not that helpful the management shoud change them . the receptionist should be polite and should behave . we are tourists . and even though i told for an early check in they made me wait for 3 hours on the lobby saying that the rooms are not available yet . but when i asked the room service they said most of the rooms are empty. they shouldn't think that the tourist are illiterate. thank you

The hotel offers a convenient gym that is fully stocked with high-quality equipment. the hotel's location near a main shopping district and public transportation made it easy to explore the city during my downtime. Being able to arrange for a shuttle service to and from the airport was another great benefit that made my business trip much easier.

The Wi-Fi at the hotel was unreliable, making it difficult for me to stay connected with my colleagues and clients back home. the breakfast options lacked variety and quality, leaving something to be desired.
